Cancellations and Refunds

- Sales are generally final once artwork is received and inspected
- Returns accepted only if item differs significantly from description

- Damaged items during shipping are covered by insurance claims
Survival Gear Rentals
Rental cancellations:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before rental date
- 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before rental date
- No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before rental
- Weather-related cancellations decided on case-by-case basis
- Equipment malfunction results in rental credit or refund
Diamond Collections
Diamond purchase terms:
- 7-day inspection period upon receipt
- Returns accepted if item differs from certification
